Kanwal Public School offers a range of specialised spaces, tools and resources to support student learning and wellbeing. Whether it’s for study, sport, creativity or technology, our learning environments and resources give students what they need to succeed and support them to achieve their personal best in the classroom.

Our school facilities

We offer a range of different learning environments and experiences. These help students stay engaged, build confidence and enjoy every part of their school day. Our facilities include:

sports fields and fixed playground equipment for fitness and fun

a wide variety of spaces for creative and outdoor learning, including an Aboriginal 8 Ways garden and yarning circle.

Resources and technology

Kanwal Public School uses modern technology and digital learning tools in the classroom, library and RFF learning spaces. Our resources help students learn, create, discover and stay connected. We have access to shared programs and tools available to all schools in the state, as well as collaborative programs created by our experienced teachers and learning and support staff. Programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of each learner and classroom lessons follow the Explicit Teaching framework of 'I Do', 'You do' and 'We do' when introducing or reteaching concepts.

Our bright and comfortable classrooms are fully furnished and have a range of seating options for students. Classrooms are stocked with resources suitable for hands-on learning experiences.
